The Role: Lead design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, FF&E specification, technical drawings, and on-site coordination. Oversee multiple projects while mentoring and managing a team of designers. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. About You: Proven experience in hospitality design with a strong portfolio of luxury or boutique projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
