The Role This is a full 360° marketing position where you’ll: Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to boost brand awareness. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, and events, with a focus on manufacturing and public sectors. Ensure consistent branding across all internal and external communications. Leverage customer insights and market research to refine messaging. Manage external agencies and collaborate cross-functionally. The company’s vision includes growing the marketing team in the next financial year, so this role comes with ample opportunities to lead and build. What They’re Looking For You’re the perfect fit if you: Have a strong background in strategic marketing and budget management, but don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves. Are proficient with digital tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, CRMs, and possibly design software. Bring experience in event planning and running impactful campaigns.
