Legal Secretary £22,000 - £30,000 / Maidstone, Kent / Permanent A leading and well-established law firm in Kent is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Secretary to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £28,000, alongside excellent benefits, and provides an opportunity to play a key role in supporting fee earners within the Commercial Property department. Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication via telephone and email. Providing comprehensive support to legal advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing diaries, and coordinating meetings. Booking meeting rooms and preparing documentation in advance of meetings. Ensuring electronic files are accurately maintained and updated. Handling general administrative tasks efficiently. Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm is essential. Proven secretarial experience, ideally within the legal sector. A high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £22,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience). Based in Rochester, Kent. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Free on-site parking. Generous holiday allowance of up to 27 days. Regular team and social events.
