About You: We’re looking for an experienced and proactive finance leader with: • A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). • Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex, multi-site organisation, ideally in retail or a similar sector. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams. • A strategic and analytical mindset focused on process improvement and innovation. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
