About the Company A well known Yorkshire property consultancy is growing their team in York and looking to add a specialist agent with a proven record of operating within this amazing city. You will be joining a business that has been operating within Yorkshire for nearly 30 years with a proven track record and reputation. About the Role As the York-based Commercial Agent, you will be helping the business expand and grow in a new market. You will have great autonomy over how you grow the business and forge strong and lasting relationships in the city. Responsibilities To succeed, you will need to have a proven track record of operating within the City of York. You will need to be a work winner and be confident about going out and winning business. Ideally, you will have previously worked within the retail or office sectors, but this isn't essential. This role isn't open to a specific level of experience but rather about what you can bring to the role and how ambitious you are to succeed. Pay range and compensation package In return, you will get a competitive salary, depending on your experience. Holidays are 25 days, plus bank holidays, as well as your birthday and Christmas. Mileage is paid at 45p a mile, and you will be provided with a parking space in the city.
