Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial objectives are met. Maintain regular financial reports, providing updates to stakeholders. Promote and adhere to health and safety regulations within the department. Profile A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have: A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Proven experience in a similar role within the Construction industry. Strong financial and numeracy management skills. Excellent knowledge of construction procurement and contract administration. Proficient in cost analysis and forecasting. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary Job Offer An annual salary in the range of £60,000 - £70,000. Additional benefits including a Car Allowance and Bonus.
