Property Manager - Birmingham - c£40k We’re working with the Residential Block Management arm of a long established, highly regarded and prominent Asset Management, Surveying and Commercial Agency based in Birmingham. Within their Leasehold Block Management team they now require an additional Property Manager as follows: 2 years direct leasehold block management experience Based in (or within commuting range of) Birmingham Able to autonomously and competently deal with service charge budgets, site inspections, S20 major works, resident liaison and contractor management Coming from a stable career history, ideally underpinned by related professional accreditation (though this isn’t essential) Portfolio is all local (Birmingham/Midlands), but a driving license is required for site visits In addition to a basic salary around £40k the successful Property Manager will enjoy a structured career path, exposure to wider areas of the property market (including Commercial Agency & Asset Management) and outstanding job security.
