Major Works (S20) Coordinator - Bromley - £30-35k We’re working with a well-regarded, independent Managing Agent who are looking to streamline their maintenance and major works processes by hiring a Major Works / S20 Coordinator as follows: Coming from a leasehold property background, either as an administrator, assistant or junior property manager Working office based in Bromley to start, moving to a hybrid situation once settled Responsible for overseeing the S20 process, from initial notice/consultation to gathering quotes, liaising with Surveyors and visiting sites to inspect works Managing basic repairs and maintenance through an approved panel of contractors Liaising with Property Manager’s as required Updating systems, residents and others involved throughout the S20 consultation period and beyond You will require a solid understanding of the S20 process / leasehold major works and come from a block management background where you have had regular exposure to contractor management. The position might suit an Assistant Property Manager looking to move away from portfolio duties, a Property Manager looking to do the same or a Property Administrator keen to take the next step in their career. Salary will start at up to £35k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
