Teaching Assistant Location: High Wycombe Salary : £25,740 - £27,241 Start date: As soon as possible, once pre employment checks are complete. As an SEN Teaching Assistant within their school, you will be providing professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes across Key Stage 3 and 4. You will be playing your part in helping the school achieve its aims and values. You will be delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students with support from the leadership team. The successful candidate will: Mentoring, supporting and inspiring learners by supporting them with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition and outreach and through outdoor activities Assist with the preparation of learning material and contributing to the delivery of learning objectives with a strong focus on behavioural management Daily reports on learners progress and barriers to learning Interaction with parents/care givers on a regular basis Our ideal candidate will have: A committed and passionate view of students with SEND Experience working as a Teaching Assistant Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above ADZN1_UKTJ
