Job Description
Hayward Hawk are exciting to be working with a global professional services firm who are seeking a document/data specialist to join their team. The role will involve reviewing various documents and then updating and presenting this accordingly onto the firms system. Please note this role is FULLY REMOTE but candidates must be based within NI The role: Manage system by creating, reviewing, and updating information for internal and client-facing tools Support analytics and metrics reporting, and recommend updates based on data analysis Aid in technology updates for the client's internal and client-facing tools Deliver high-quality projects within the defined time and scope Demonstrate a strong understanding of business capabilities to support practitioners with knowledge and information initiatives. Proactively engage with project stakeholders to keep them informed about project status and activities Take ownership of assigned projects, update internal documentation as needed, and communicate promptly Participate in discussions on process improvements, workflows, and enhanced working methods, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the department The candidate: Bachelor's degree At least 2 years experience working within professional services Experience using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Document Management Systems An interest in technology or innovation is an advantage Consistency and accountability, following through and building of integrity by taking ownership Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills: data Data Entry Document Management Benefits: Work From Home
