Antrim Salary up to £45,000 I am working with a leading transport company who due to continued success are seeking for a Transport Manager to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. About you Previous experience of working within a transport company as a planner Previous supervisory/management experience Duties Communicate with drivers within a busy environment Manage/supervise staff Prioritise workload and assist routing and planning of vehicles to ensure all deliveries/collections meet customers' expectations. Monitor customer requests, allocating jobs and issuing instructions Keep up to date with transport issues and dealing with changes to the day's schedules Communicate fleet availability and issues to the whole team Ensure routes run on time Deal with drivers hours Respond to customers enquiries Other adhoc duties To be considered for this vacancy, please APPLY with an updated CV.
