Salesforce Developer - Visual Force/Lightning Component Framework

Key Responsibilities : 1. Apex Trigger Development & Best Practices : - Design and implement efficient and reusable Apex triggers following Salesforce best practices. - Ensure that triggers are bulkified, optimized for performance, and maintainable. - Utilize Salesforce order of execution to manage complex logic and ensure smooth processing. 2. Asynchronous Apex : - Implement Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Future Methods, and Queueable Apex for large data processing, time-consuming operations, and system integrations. - Optimize asynchronous processes for performance and reliability. 3. Salesforce Web Services (REST/SOAP) : - Develop and integrate Salesforce web services using REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless communication with external systems. - Create and manage custom web services to support business processes. 4. Visualforce & Lightning Components : - Develop custom Visualforce pages and components, ensuring compatibility and performance across different browsers. - Build modern, responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) to provide a rich, interactive user experience. 5. Salesforce Security & Sharing : - Implement and configure OWD (Organization-Wide Default) and Sharing Settings to control data access and security. - Adhere to Salesforce security and sharing guidelines to ensure compliance and data privacy. 6. Salesforce Managed Packages : - Work with Salesforce Managed Packages, preferably nCino or similar, to customize and extend Salesforce solutions. 7. Salesforce Flows (Nice to Have) : - Understand and implement Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. 8. Collaboration & Communication : - Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Provide regular updates on project progress and timelines to stakeholders. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce features. Key Requirements : Technical Skills : - 4 years of experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Apex triggers, including best practices, bulkification, and Salesforce order of execution. - Experience working with Salesforce web services (either REST or SOAP) to integrate with external systems. - Expertise in implementing asynchronous Apex (Batch, Schedule, Future, and Queueable methods). - Good knowledge of OWD (Organization-Wide Default) and Sharing Settings to manage data access. - Experience with Salesforce managed packages (preferably nCino). - Proficiency in Visualforce and Lightning components. - Basic understanding of Salesforce Flows is a plus. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment. - Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
