Technical Developer - Oracle EBS

Job Title : Oracle EBS Apps Technical Developer (Procure2Pay, Supply Chain, Finance). Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai. Mode of Work : Onsite (Preferred). Employment Type : C2C/C2H Model. Availability : Immediate Joiner Only. Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Apps Technical Developer with expertise in Procure2Pay, Supply Chain (SCM), and Finance. The ideal candidate should have 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS development and production support, particularly in R12. This role will require strong technical skills, the ability to manage month-end financial closures, and excellent communication for effective onsite-offshore coordination. Key Responsibilities : - Oracle EBS Development & Production Support : Leverage over 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12, with a focus on SCM (Procure2Pay) and Finance modules. - Technical Proficiency : Expert in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Forms, Reports (RDF, XML), Workflow, RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), and Form Personalization. - Interface Development & Integration : Build and manage custom integrations, ensuring smooth data flows across applications. - Month-End Closure Support : Handle month-end closures for financial modules, utilizing technical skills with SLA (Subledger Accounting). - Coordination : Effectively manage communication and project alignment with both onsite and offshore teams. Secondary Skills : - Knowledge in OAF (Oracle Application Framework) and ADF (Application Development Framework). - Exposure to OLFM (Oracle Lease and Finance Management) is a plus. Qualifications : - Experience : 7 years in Oracle EBS with a focus on Procure2Pay, SCM, and Finance. - Location Flexibility : Open to work in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, or Mumbai. - Communication : Strong verbal and written skills for effective collaboration (ref:hirist.tech)
