Appian Developer - Business Process Management

Role : Appian Developer/Development. Desired Experience Range : 4 years to 6 years. Requirement : - Candidate must be Certified Associate Developer with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Appian Application support and implementing BPM Appian solutions using Appian 19.x or higher. - Good understanding of Appian architecture, best practices and BPMN standards. - Good knowledge of Agile practices, usage of collaboration tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Bit Bucket. - Analyze and troubleshoot complex Appian issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. - Prior work experience in development of SOAP and Restful web services and integration would be preferred. - Should have done multiple integrations with external systems. - Should have hands-on experience in design and development of Appian applications using objects like Process models, SAIL interfaces, Web APIs, Sites, Process model as a service, Records,Process reports, Admin console, Document management and Integration smart services. - Good to have prior experience /knowledge on continuous integration(CI) and continuous delivery(CD) model , test driven development and BFSI domain knowledge. - Good understanding of database concepts and strong working knowledge on any one of the major databases e.g. Oracle, SQL server and decent knowledge of Stored procedures Views. - Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them throughout the Appian development lifecycle. - Nice to have prior experience in writing plugins, components and connected system. - Nice to have experience in leading team and delivering end to end projects using Agile methodology.
