PHP Developer - Laravel Framework

Job Description : Job Roles And Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring they deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines. - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage team performance. - Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework and other relevant technologies. - Build APIs (RESTful or GraphQL) for seamless integration with front-end systems and third-party services. - Write clean, efficient, and scalable code adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Monitor application performance and implement caching and other optimization strategies. - Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and team workflows. Required Skill-Set : Must-haves : Technical Skills : - Proficient in PHP, particularly the Laravel framework. - Solid understanding of MVC design patterns and application of clean coding principles. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with Git or other version control systems. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for deployment and monitoring. - Experience with RESTful APIs development and integration. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for hosting and scaling applications. - Expertise in implementing security measures and resolving vulnerabilities in web applications, and also managing infrastructure - Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or React (preferred). - Proficient in relational databases such as MySQL. - Experience with database design, optimization, and migration techniques. Great to Have (requirements) : - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). - Experience with containerization tools like Docker. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (Vue.js/React is a plus).
