Job Description
Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Serve as the primary administrator for the Coupa platform, ensuring system availability, performance, and compliance. - Manage user access, roles, and permissions. - Perform routine platform maintenance, including updates, patches, and configurations. - Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for Coupa users across procurement and sourcing operations. - Troubleshoot system issues and resolve them promptly. - Monitor system integrations and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with IT teams. - Configure and customize Coupa to align with business needs, including workflows, approval chains, and reporting. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into system solutions. - Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and technical specifications. - Ensure Coupa aligns with the organization's strategic sourcing goals by optimizing its modules and functionalities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and IT, to implement sourcing strategies. - Conduct training sessions for users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Coupa. - Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience. - Stay updated on Coupa's latest features and recommend adoption of relevant innovations. - Support audits and ensure data integrity within the system. Key Qualifications : Experience : - 3-5 years of experience as a Coupa consultant or similar techno-functional role. - Hands-on experience with AMS support and system troubleshooting in Coupa. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in configuring Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Analytics, etc. - Strong understanding of system integrations (e., ERP, middleware) and data flows. - Basic scripting or SQL knowledge for advanced configurations is a plus. Functional Skills : - Knowledge of procurement and strategic sourcing processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Coupa certifications (Coupa Platform Certification, Coupa Procurement Professional, etc. - Experience in global sourcing or procurement operations. - Familiarity with Agile or ITIL methodologies for support and enhancements (ref:hirist.tech)
