Who You Are You are an experienced Social Worker familiar with working with adults aged 18 and over within the Integrated Learning Disabilities Service. You have a strong background in conducting Care Act (2014) assessments, Mental Capacity Act (2005) assessments, and Court of Protection work. You excel at collaborating within an integrated team consisting of diverse healthcare professionals such as Nurses, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and other specialists.
