Corporate Account Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join the Corporate Team of a leading national insurance broker at their Leeds city centre office. The role is perfect for someone with a strong background in corporate or commercial insurance account handling, looking to join an established, market-leading insurance broker with limitless career prospects. Key Duties: Support Account Executives regarding placement strategy for insurance renewals and administer mid-term changes to risk Request and review underwriting information on behalf of corporate clients and understand their requirements Liaising with large, often multi-national companies across the region in relation to their complex insurance programmes Prepare and submit accurate market presentations and slips in consultation with the Account Executives and the Placement Team Utilise bespoke online trading systems to collate and negotiate renewal terms with existing and prospective insurers Collaborate with colleagues to prepare client reports for renewals Produce and/or request Insurer documentation Review and comment on Indemnity and Insurance clauses Experience Desired: Proven experience of working on the full renewal process of corporate or large commercial Property and Casualty insurance programs Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously A good awareness of clients’ business, their business issues, insurance programmes and service plans Dynamic, with previous client-facing experience The ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required Cert CII qualified and working towards ACII is desirable On offer is a competitive salary up to c£52,000 (DOE), 27 days holiday (rising with service), market leading pension contribution (12%), life assurance at four times salary, private medical cover (family), full maternity/paternity pay, hybrid working with 2 days from home, support for CII qualifications and on-going personal & professional development.
