Commercial Officer

Commercial Manager Bristol – hybrid role Up to £45,000 Finitas are working with a world class engineering firm on their search for a Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will join the current commercial team and assist with various commercial tasks. Key responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements, such as prime and subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements, and back-to-back subcontracts. Additionally, you will lead the commercial governance process for bids under your responsibility and ensure compliance with the approvals framework, holding the wider division accountable.
