Compliance Officer The IN Group City of London, hybrid working Competitive salary The Role: We are looking for an individual who can support our contracts, compliance and legal teams with the daily contract and compliance process. The individual will predominantly be looking after contractor placements in Mainland Europe but as the role progresses supporting the UK teams may also be required. This is an opportunity for someone with three years or more years experience, in either a compliance or administrator role. We also require the person to have EU compliance experience You will utilise your previous experience in a recruitment or contracts-based environment to ensure that our contract workers are efficiently mobilised and meet all legal requirements prior to starting work. You will be the key to the smooth running of the contracts and compliance team, taking charge of all day-to-day compliance requirements and for the prompt issuing of all contracts. You will assist across all key administrative areas including Compliance, Legal, Admin and Sales Life at The IN Group We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Contracts and Compliance team within a Compliance Administrator position. Additional European languages, for example German, Dutch or French (desirable) Skills: Confident phone manner Excellent communication skills Strong literacy skills Attention to detail Time management skills Good telephone/verbal skills Reliable, hard-working and efficient Systems Word/ Excel (basic knowledge desirable) Bullhorn (prior knowledge not essential) Tasks will include: Creation of a compliance pack Creating processes and ways of working for our EU compliance Raising new contracts for clients, contractors and umbrella companies Providing our clients with relevant compliance documentation Processing extensions and terminations Managing pre-employment checks and screening candidates Issuing contract amendments Archiving contracts in our contracts database Following up with contractors to obtain relevant compliance documentation Auditing our contractor workforce Making sure all relevant compliance documentation is on file Liaising with our consultants to assist with any admin related client and contractor queries/ issues Speak to contractors to explain contractual matters, questions and challenges Database maintenance and systems administration Staying abreast of changes in compliance and regulations that apply in various EU countries (e.g., by attending industry related webinars in relation to international compliance where requested by the Head of Compliance) Assisting with training/awareness sessions for our Sales team Benefits: We take high achievers on regular international trips We have a generous referral scheme for talent you recommend to us Hybrid working with our flexible working policy Every week is a 4.5 day week a discretionary finish at noon every Friday. 4.5 day week results in 26 days extra holiday We have our own set of Peloton bikes We offer private health insurance, eye tests, discounted gym memberships and more Wellbeing initiatives, from yoga and martial arts to morning raves and speaker sessions Our calendar is jam-packed with social events, from summer conferences to family parties Wellbeing and Engagement committee We love to give back - last year we raised £92,000 for charity through our Big Investigo Give initiative
