Information Security Manager

Information Security Manager, London (hybrid), £100,000 - £115,000 We are seeking an Information Security Manager to lead key security initiatives and help shape the information security strategy for a dynamic, global consultancy. This is a critical role, offering the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, ensuring the organisation maintains a strong security posture. Given the nature of the organisation, it's important that applicants have extensive experience working in a consultancy or a service / solutions company . Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary cybersecurity liaison between business units and technical teams. Design and implement tailored security strategies that address organizational goals while mitigating risks. Manage and lead a team of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment. Provide strategic advice on information security, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Collaborate with global stakeholders to address security challenges with practical, business-driven solutions. Ensure the organisation’s security frameworks support and enhance its global consultancy services. What We’re Looking For: Industry certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, or CISA. Experience of managing a security or risk team (of any size). Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations. Proven ability to analyse risks, implement security strategies, and communicate complex issues to diverse audiences. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
