Job Description
Change Recruitment are currently partnered with a growing legal firm based in Central Edinburgh for the recruitment of various Cashroom Assistant positions to join their team. This are fantastic opportunities to join a dynamic team, on a full time or part time basis (21 hours a week). Reporting to the Cashroom Manager, the roles will be responsible for a variety of duties. These will include: Bank reconciliations Credit control Processing and recording financial transactions Processing purchase ledger invoices Providing support to the legal team with financial queries Maintaining records and filing systems Ad hoc admin tasks What you'll bring: Previous experience working within a cashroom or finance assistant role essential Previous exposure within professional services desired Proactive individual able to work towards deadlines Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Numerical skills and attention to detail Salary banding up to £31'000 DOE (to be pro rata if role is on a part time basis), plus excellent benefits and hybrid working week.
