Junior Mortgage Consultant

We are looking for ambitious individuals that want to step up their career and begin their journey as a Junior Mortgage Consultant for a well-known name in the banking/mortgage industry. Our client is a specialist Financial Service business with newly renovated offices in Bristol. If you are confident, have previous Customer Service experience, enjoy speaking to people and building long-lasting relationships, this role is perfect What you'll be doing Continuously supporting customers and brokers where needed. Managing incoming phone calls and web chat enquires. Working with new customers to manage their mortgage process. Liaising with existing customers to maintain their mortgage. Ensuring all customer information is kept up to date. Keeping customers informed throughout the process. What you'll need to apply A genuinely confident, bubbly, outgoing personality, that enjoys speaking to new people. Previous Customer Service, Sales or similar experienced is beneficial. What you'll get in return for your talents Basic salary of £23,000 per annum. Excellent training programme Hybrid working model – following training.
