Sales Director – UK & Eur Tech - £110k base & 100% bonus My client, a 40-head, global Tech recruitment specialist, are on the look-out for a new Sales Director to lead their London office. In this role, you will inherit a team of 9, focusing on the below ⬇️ People development – one of your main tasks here is developing the leaders (5) - expanding their managerial bandwidth ⚪️ Headcount growth – 2025 is the year of significant reinvestment from the Founders, you will have significant scope to grow once embedded Business performance – you will oversee & be responsible for the entire P&L across the European divisions ⚪️ Revenue generation – There is no personal target, BUT you will be very hands-on with the teams sales performance What’s on offer? Up to £110k – 100% 1st year bonus ⚪️ Share options – wealth creation route in ’29 Inheriting high performing team of 9, 5 of which leadership level ⚪️ Personal comms scheme for any revenue you do generate Report directly into the 2 Founders More about business / role ⚪️ A 4-year young, 35-head, global Tech specialist with offices across the UK & US A hands-on Chair who has previously founded, scaled and exited multiple rec businesses ⚪️ A perm heavy business, who are looking to invest heavily in contract expansion A ‘hands-off’ role, which is focused on team performance and headcount growth ⚪️ 5 developing managers reporting into you, each of which you will be tasked with helping to develop & grow Main markets covered – Software Development, Java, DevOps, Data & Digital Transformation across UK & Europe What are they looking for? ⚪️ A leader currently in a hands-on capacity , with strong UK / European Tech experience IDEALLY someone with contract exposure, who understands systems, processes, etc ⚪️ A proven track record of developing & managing strong leaders Someone with experience of leading teams of a minimum of 10 heads You know the drill by now, if you're keen to find out more, give me a shout ⬇️ 07398 535 075 MHhighergroup.co.uk
