Corporate Travel Account Manager

The Role This is a full-time position for an experienced Corporate Travel Account Manager based in the City of London reporting to the VP of Commercial. Duties Managing and nurturing relationships with key Travel Management Companies (TMC), Online Booking tools (OBT) and large Corporate clients Identify opportunities to increase booking volume revenue First point of contact to triage and problem solve issues for existing corporate clients End to end management of onboarding new and existing corporate customers with key products specific to the corporate environment Multi-layer relationship building with external stakeholders in the end to end booking process Conduct regular presentations and Business Reviews with customers Project management of the development of customised solutions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve success Ensure high level of service is continuously maintained Collaboration with external clients and suppliers to achieve set business objectives Participate in industry events and conferences to strengthen Travelfusion brand visibility Prepare and analyse reports for customer feedback as well as identify opportunities for growth Management of contract renewal and negotiation with key corporate clients Required Skills/Experience Preferred experience in Flight Business Unit of a TMC or an OBT or alternatively Airline Sales experience Must be London based Technical understanding of Lowcost Carrier APIs and various distribution channels In depth understanding of New Distribution Capability (NDC) and the impact it has in the corporate travel space Understanding of the payment options/challenges for corporate travel bookings Understanding of the complexities of the corporate travel industry and how tech providers, TMCs and OBTs are linked Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
