Head of Compliance - Payments

3 days in the office (Victoria), 2 from home We’re working with a growing, PE backed, card acquiring firm that are looking to hire a Head of Compliance. You’ll report to the CEO, and work alongside a small team to build the regulatory compliance frameworks This firm: ⚡ Are backed by the 7th largest private equity firm in the world ⚡ Have seen revenue grow from £2mn to £15mn over two years. ⚡ Have opened new offices across the globe, recently launching in the US. The role: You will be working alongside the MLRO in a small team to build the regulatory compliance frameworks from scratch. There is clear career progression in this role for promotion to CCO. This is very much a roll up your sleeves and do the "doing" kind of role, so if you're used to a team doing all the groundwork, this won't be the role for you.
