Hybrid, c. 2 days a week South East offices £six figure, superb benefits package & bonus About the role Lead development and delivery of operations, through a collaborative and skilled large Pensions Administration team Drive member experience enhancement, particularly around communications and online access Manage projects driven by strategic or regulatory developments Work closely with the senior leadership team, Reward and HR colleagues, contribute to wider pensions strategic objectives About you Draw on current technical knowledge, particularly DB Pensions operations, with awareness of developing Pensions landscape from a legislative and trends perspective Project skills including digitalisation initiatives will be highly beneficial Utilise your interpersonal skills from motivating and inspiring a large team to building relationships with key stakeholders
