Service Manager - Supported Accommodation (Luton) We're seeking an experienced leader to manage and deliver high-quality support in our supported accommodation/residential setting. Details: Pay : £34,500/year. Schedule : 39 hours/week, hybrid (3 office days, 2 remote). Contract : Full-time, 12 months. About the Role: Lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring outcomes and KPIs are met. Oversee staff performance, inductions, and daily rotas. Build and maintain strong networks and partnerships. Requirements: 2 years managing residential settings and working with homeless individuals. Diploma of Higher Education (preferred). Full, clean driving license and own vehicle.
