Finance Manager

Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a growing business to recruit a technical Finance Manager. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in the providing financial insights and support to drive business performance. Duties Include: Oversee daily accounting operations using company accounting system. Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries. Process and manage purchase invoices. Handle credit control and manage accounts receivable. Process employee expenses. Manage accruals, prepayments, and depreciation. Prepare and submit VAT returns. Support month-end and year-end processes. Process payroll Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience in a relevant role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. The Business: Based in Northampton the business has shown strong and consistent growth in recent years, and have their sights set on large scale growth in the next 5-10 years. Salary and benefits: The role of Finance Manager is £45,000pa to £55,000pa DOE plus annual discretionary bonuses and hybrid working.
