Job Description

Due to an anticipated need, we are keen to speak with experienced commercial Lawyers with 4 PQE based in and around the Buckinghamshire region, who are interested in working on a contract basis (for between 6-12 months), with a fast-paced, dynamic, in-house legal team. Candidates can expect to spend 2-3 days per week in the office, with the remainder from home. Suitable candidates are likely to be able to demonstrate: Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales (or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia and/or New Zealand, for example) 4 years' PQE in handling a broad commercial caseload Experience in handling a range of commercial matters to include (but not limited to) supply contracts, marketing and advertising contracts, partnership agreements and franchise agreements The ability to work within a fast-paced environment with competing priorities A keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Candidates may be looking to make their first move In-House from private practice, or have already gained experience In-House within the FMCG, retail and/or leisure sectors.
