What We're Looking For: Qualifications: PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification with evidence of in-service training. Experience: Relevant knowledge and experience with pupils with ASD, SEMH, and PDA profiles. Skills: Ability to teach across a range of subjects and manage various approaches to behaviour, including challenging behaviours. Safeguarding: Strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
