Mechanical Project Engineer

The Role Primary focus on the technical aspects of project execution, trouble shooting, technical issues, managing project documentation, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Manages planning, compliance with engineering standards, drives the project schedule and coordinates with internal disciplines, feasibility studies, keeping the project on track from a commercial and high level prospective, identifies and mitigates risks, reporting variations, and overseeing installation contractors, testing and customer acceptance. Experience Mechanical project management experience in the power industry, on long term contract equipment supply projects. Strong mechanical knowledge of turnkey project management and process for new, established and retrofit plants in coal, waste power, biomass, mining sectors as well as experience for mechanical assemblies for turnkey design, design, manufacture, installation and commission on grinding plants, Pulverisers, and dynamic classifiers, retrofit projects from 2m-20m. please note: To be considered, you must have the right to work in the UK.
