Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching Year 5/6 students. Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
