Day-to-day of the role: Lead a classroom with a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued and motivated to learn. Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that adhere to the curriculum, ensuring students are well-prepared for SATs. Employ effective behaviour management techniques to ensure a classroom environment conducive to learning. Offer tailored support to students, including those with special educational needs or English as an additional language. Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Communicate openly with parents and guardians, partnering with them to support their children’s educational journey. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
