Associate Building Surveyor

An award winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an Associate / Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in Reading. With their experience, expertise and local knowledge they are able to support their clients at every stage of property investment, ownership and occupation from acquisition to disposal. Due to their continuing success they are looking for a passionate and driven Building Surveyor to carry out a mix of work. Role & Responsibilities of the Associate / Senior Building Surveyor: Provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of residential and commercial property Contract administration Building surveys Measured surveys Analyse and report on building defects Prepare schedules of dilapidations Help develop and manage the Building Surveying team Skills & Experience of the Associate / Senior Building Surveyor: Relevant degree MRICS qualified Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness Salary & Benefits: £50K – £75K Company Car Allowance Private Healthcare Generous Pension Scheme 25 Days Holiday Income Protection Insurance Hybrid working For more information, please contact Alison Longdin.
