NEW OPPORTUNITY‼️ Role: Property Manager Location: Woodford, Essex Calling all Property Managers ️ Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established independent estate agents who are on the lookout for a Property Manager to oversee their healthy property management portfolio. This is a Monday - Friday office based role. Responsibilities: Management of a portfolio of properties Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies Respond to tenants maintenance requests Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements Organise/oversee refurbishment works Negotiate the prompt return of deposits Deliver excellent customer service and communication Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors Requirements: IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Have a proven background in property management and an all-round knowledge of the industry Experience with a portfolio Ambitious, dynamic and motivated Great communicator Excellent time management Full clean UK driving licence a must ARLA Qualification a benefit but not a requirement Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum If you are a motivated individual with a passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
