HR Business Partner (HR Manager)

Requirements: Grade 12 Tertiary qualification in HR will be beneficial but not essential 5 years Human Resources experience (Full function) Employment Equity experience Payroll experience CCMA experience Experience with VIP Premier or similar Ability to put processes in place and run the HR department independently Fluent in both Afrikaans and English Computer literate Responsibilities (Not limited to): Full HR function: Salaries Disciplinary hearings, etc. Representing the company at the CCMA Benefits management Employment Equity BBBEE Industrial Relations Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
