We're seeking an AVP Business Analyst to play a crucial role in delivering key projects and programs that address complex business challenges. As an AVP Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities : Gather, document, and analyse requirements for technology-driven initiatives. Lead analysis for small projects or workstreams within larger programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Work with stakeholders to identify, recommend, and implement cost-effective solutions. Support delivery of agreed project roadmaps by estimating timeframes and managing dependencies. Adhere to governance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Skills and Experience : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various systems and provide actionable insights. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence effectively. Proficient in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong understanding of lifecycle management. Familiarity with data transfer processes, APIs, and cloud-based applications. Knowledge of SQL, financial regulations, and payment technologies is a plus. Background in financial regulations and knowledge of payment technologies is highly desirable.
