Financial Analyst

Finance Analyst London £65,000/yr A leading logistics real estate investment manager with an impressive €5bnAUM and a strong track record of investments is seeking a talented Analyst to join their Finance and Operations team in London.This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role spans commercial finance, fund accounting, and operational workstreams, including: Preparing and reviewing management accounts and fund consolidations (local GAAP and US GAAP). Managing SPVcashflows, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory accounts. Overseeing tax reporting, liaising with consultants, and structuring vehicles. Coordinating budgets, forecasts, and debt covenant reporting. Supporting investor relations, capital drawdowns, and portfolio performance monitoring. Driving process improvements and ensuring operational excellence. Skills 3-4 years of accounting experience (ACA/ACCA or equivalent preferred). Fluency in French, German, Dutch, or Italian (preferred). Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. A background in real estate or private equity (preferred). Experience with Yardi software (a plus). A hard-working, collaborative mindset and a drive for growth.
