Cover Supervisor Job Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only Location: West Sussex Salary: £24,790 per annum (pro rata £17,635.82 based on 31.25 hrs/pw term time only) Join our well-established team at this School, a community committed to providing the best possible learning experiences in a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment. Day-to-Day of the Role: Supervise classes for absent teaching staff and invigilate examinations. Assist with administrative tasks including the management of classroom resources and student work. Engage with students to ensure a productive and disciplined environment. Accompany and supervise students on trips and visits, ensuring their safety and positive behaviour. Communicate effectively with staff about classroom activities and student progress. Support the school’s ethos, helping to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all students. Required Skills & Qualifications: A good level of education including GCSE grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English. Experience working with young people is highly advantageous. Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to use ICT tools (Word, Excel, SIMS) for administration and learning.
