This is a 12-month contract , offering a competitive salary of £175,000 - £200,000 , with the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement . The Role As the Interim Group Finance Director , you will play a critical leadership role, overseeing a large team across multiple locations in the UK. Reporting directly to the CEO , your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership : Design and deliver a comprehensive business plan with clear KPIs to support the company's strategic objectives. Financial Oversight : Manage the group's complexbudget, including planning, forecasting, and financial governance to ensure value for money and shared accountability. External Reporting : Lead statutory and regulatory reporting, covering group financial statements and external audits. Tax and Compliance : Oversee tax affairs, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigate financial risks effectively. Leadership and Culture : Inspire a large & diverse team across multiple locations What We're Looking For Qualified Accountant with a proven track record of senior financial leadership. Significant experience in Financial Services Expertise in managing complex group structures, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
