Cyber Security Lead - London offices hybrid working £80-90k bonus benefits The Cyber Security Lead will be hands-on in driving the delivery of a range of pivotal SOC projects . The company require candidates from established Cyber backgrounds who can add value quickly with scope to play a key role in leading and delivering Cyber solutions and relevant strategy across an enterprise level business. The company offer hybrid working with 3-4 days WFH each week and a strong benefits package. Core requirements 5 years experience in a Cyber security role Previous leadership experience - leading SOC, Threat or Cyber Defence Centre functions Designing and owning Project Roadmaps Extensive experience implementing relevant security processes Hands on experience with Splunk or similar tools – developing bespoke solutions Senior stakeholder and Vendor management Excellent communicator, able to work effectively with various teams and departments.
