Interim Finance Manager

Hutcheon Mearns is working with a reputable educational institution which offers a flexible and diverse workplace to hire an Interim Finance Manager. Our client offers this role on a fixed term contract of six months, with the view to go permanent after the initial assignment. To be considered, you will be available to start without notice. The Opportunity Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the budget and forecast, ad-hoc reporting and supporting with the delivery of their current cost savings program. Develop successful, professional working relationships with senior finance and non finance to ensure the budgeting process is completed Manage existing staff within the finance department to ensure the Budget is delivered successfully whilst being cognisant of their existing work Background and Experience Applications are sought from experienced Finance Managers / Financial Controllers with business partnering or project accounting experience.
