Business Development Executive Mallusk - £32,000-£36,000 Commission I amdelighted to be working alongside a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality workwear for tradespeople, farmers, and industrial workers who are seeking a new Business Development Executive to join their growing team Monday Friday (7:30am 4:30pm) The role: Initial contact with prospective clients. Qualifying sales leads by cold calling, using LinkedIn, email campaigns. Maintain accurate records of client interactions on database. Work alongside Business Development Manager to improve sales strategy. Schedule appointments for BDM for smooth transition/sales handover. Research customer needs, trends and sales opportunities. What we need from you: Minimum 2 years of experience in an internal sales/telesales environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM/database systems. Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently. Thrive in a busy environment. Attention to detail to record accurate information onto databases.
