Maintenance Technician

JOB – Maintenance Technician LOCATION – Hampshire TERM- Permanent SALARY - £33,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience My client is a manufacturer in the Oil & Gas industry. They are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Hampshire on a permanent basis. The Maintenance Technician will ideally have the following attributes: Time Served Apprenticeship / NVQ / HNC / HND / BTEC / Degree qualified or similar in an Engineering discipline Come from a Mechanical background Knowledge of Electrical equipment and installations Ideally be experienced working with plant equipment / machinery in Oil & Gas, Energy or related industries Ideally be experienced in Maintenance and Process Operations NEBOSH qualification would be beneficial Able to work safely and methodically Excellent organisational and communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team A flexible and proactive attitude towards work The Maintenance Technician role will involve: Working in a team to improve and maintain manufacturing machinery Being proactive in ensuring the smooth running of all equipment PPM and breakdown avoidance Ensuring documentation is maintained and Health & Safety standards are met Ensuring efficiency and a high standard of work is met throughout the site Working with others and being an excellent team player If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible.
