This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our organisation. You will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial advice to support their educational goals.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present monthly management accounts. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. Collaborate with various departments to support financial decision-making. Assist in year-end financial processes and audits. Requirements: Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
