Finance Business Partner

Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a global business to recruit a bright and dynamic Finance Business Partner. Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider business functions, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analytics in order to drive operational performance. Duties Include: Collaboration with cross-functional teams to compile accurate and timely Management Accounts Developing and maintaining robust budgeting processes Analysis of financial data to identify trends and variances Consolidate forecasts from various business units into a cohesive narrative Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal and external business functions Continuous evaluation of financial processes and systems Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines The Business: Based in the outskirts of the Northamptonshire area the business is a global leader in their market and have grown significantly in recent years. Salary and benefits: The role of Finance Business Partner is £50,000pa to £55,000pa DOE plus annual discretionary bonuses and flexible working.
