Chef de Partie – Leatherhead We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie located in Leatherhead. Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in Leatherhead. The successful Chef De Partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail. They will also be responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes. The Person The Chef De Partie will have: Have experience in either a 4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent level restaurant Ability to motivate, train and supervise junior members of the team High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
