Duties: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting Oversee VAT, payroll, and compliance, including international payments Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and increased profitability Ensure accurate and timely payments Streamline and improve financial processes Collaborate with external accountants and senior leadership on financial strategy and decision-making. Identify areas for improvement and prepare the finance function for future growth, with the potential to lead and build a small finance team. The Ideal Candidate: At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting or finance-focused role. Proficient in financial software and a solid understanding of current accounting practices. Highly organised with exceptional analytical skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, partners, and external stakeholders. Self-starter who thrives on working independently to drive results and improvements. Passionate about the music industry and excited to contribute to an innovative company.
