Beyond Retail is an award-winning multi-website online retailer offering bathroom, kitchen and heating products to Britain’s homeowners and tradespeople. Our three websites - Drench, Tap Warehouse and Only Radiators - are growing from strength to strength and we’re looking for a Product Content Executive who will help us to continue our growth journey. Location : This role will involve travelling to our office and warehouse in Bournemouth regularly (at least once a week), in order to take photos of products etc. WFH at other times is fully supported. What you’ll be doing: Without a physical showroom for customers to touch and feel our products, we need to work twice as hard to showcase our products whilst giving our customers the confidence to purchase our carefully curated products. Our Product Content Executive will be responsible for developing, growing and owning our onsite product content in the form of still imagery, video content, 360’s and whatever else the future holds for ecommerce product marketing Primarily you’ll be responsible for the project management of our CGI & product content lifecycle which will include: Working with internal product teams (buying, online merchandising marketing) and external agencies to create inspiring and engaging assets that align our customer needs and business objectives Gathering product data and imagery, and organising samples to be delivered to our warehouse in Bournemouth Inspecting sample products in-person to make sure our content is accurate and true to life Creating customer- and brand-centric creative briefs for our external product content partners Day to day contact with our external partners – setting objectives and KPIs, overseeing work, and providing feedback. Preparing product imagery from CGI and our suppliers so it’s web-ready for the merchandising team Spotting opportunities to improve product content across our three sites Keeping our assets organised and maintaining internal documentation and processes Who we’re after: This is a multi-faceted role so we’re after someone with stellar organisation skills, a creative eye and an impressive level of attention to detail. You’ll have a passion for products and customers by making sure our product content is accurate and true to life. You’ll have demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment where you’ve had to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll be confident at using Photoshop and ideally will have previous experience using spreadsheets/Google Sheets. Ideally you’ll have an eye for interior design and be comfortable with putting together roomset schemes whilst being mindful of our target audience, however previous experience in this is not strictly required for this role.
